I’m in charge of performance marketing (PPC advertising, product comparison sites, social media ads) across all 13 countries. I evaluate performance and look for growth opportunities. I also support SEO efforts.
Results:
Successfully took over full performance marketing channel management from agency to in-house team,
ongoing growth in both margin and revenue,
smooth development of performance marketing,
we deliver margin and revenue under stricter ROAS targets,
even in tough times (compared to the COVID period), we continue to grow and expand to new markets,
shift to margin-based goals: instead of revenue (ROAS), we focus on profit (POAS).
Profile: Turnover of €4 million, experience agency operating in Czechia and Slovakia, and operating its own product – an skydiving tunnel.
I’m responsible for the performance marketing of the e-shop (PPC advertising and social media ads). I evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. I also conducted a UX audit focused on conversion rate optimization to boost the overall return from paid channels.
Results:
Successfully took over all performance channels from an external agency,
smooth development of performance marketing for the experience brand and meeting both margin and revenue goals,
delivering profit under the defined POAS targets,
developing campaign structure to maximize revenue while keeping profitability,
launched and scaled sales of a new Adrop’s proprietary experience – Adrop’s wind tunnel across four main cities (Brno, Ostrava, Prague, and Bratislava).
Managed online marketing for BATA Czechia & Slovakia for 5 years. Thanks to my hands-on experience with managing individual online channels, I was able to develop each area and maintain deep oversight of execution.
Implemented revenue-focused performance campaigns and brandformance strategies targeting key audiences.
E-shop profile: One of the largest e-commerce platforms in its segment in Czechia and Slovakia, part of the global Bata company.
I was responsible for online channels including PPC, video advertising, emailing, SEO, product comparison platforms in fashion, and social media ads. I managed internal resources and coordinated external agencies handling these channels. I also evaluated their performance using web analytics with a strong focus on attribution modeling.
Results:
Doubled (204%) the ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for BATA in Czechia,
Tripled (314%) the ROAS for BATA in Slovakia,
152% online revenue growth in Czechia,
185% online revenue growth in Slovakia,
Online brand campaigns reached millions through video, display, and social media — supporting both reach and conversion goals.
The results presented are from the period before 2020, ensuring transparency without the impact of the COVID pandemic, which favored e-commerce businesses.
